Return and Refund Policy

At SYL-X, our main commitment is to provide you with an unforgettable customer experience. We understand that, despite our best intentions, sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. This is why we always accept product returns to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

We comply with applicable laws regarding returns and refunds, and firmly believe that your trust is worth honoring.

Terms of delivery

The ordered products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, any reshipment for these reasons will be the buyer's responsibility. The buyer must inspect and reject any damaged items at the time of delivery. Any anomaly must be indicated on the delivery note. The buyer has 2 business days to report delivery issues.

Return of products

Accepted returns must be sent by the customer to the following address:

Product returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and returns are only accepted if the products are in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Claims made outside this deadline will not be accepted.

Return of defective or damaged products

Buyer must notify Seller of any damaged or defective product on the day of delivery or the first business day thereafter. Claims must be accompanied by photos, and returned products must be in their original packaging. Claims not made within the specified time frame will not be considered. We bear the costs of returning damaged products for which the claim has been accepted.

IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED DUE TO TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BUT THE PRODUCT INSIDE REMAINS INTACT, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Right to retract

Buyers have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal on UNsealed products. Returns must be in original condition and complete. The refund or exchange will take place within 7 days of receipt of the returned products.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods listed in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, including personalized or perishable items, unsealed audio/video recordings and digital content not provided on a tangible medium .

By making a purchase, the buyer agrees to comply with this return policy.
