Except where we offer free shipping during certain periods regardless of the value of your basket, the cost of delivery varies depending on several factors including distance:

- up to €99.99: Standard delivery at €2.99.
- From 100€: Free delivery.
- Swiss :
- up to €99.99: Standard delivery at €2.99.
- From 100€: Free delivery.
- France & Monaco:
- free.
- Luxembourg:
- up to €99.99: Standard delivery at €2.99.
- From 100€: Free delivery.
- UNITED STATES :
- up to €99.99: Standard delivery at €12.
- From €100: Free delivery.
Orders are generally shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours of validation. The shipping deadline is 5:00 p.m. Paris time (GMT+2).
We ship your orders via Colissimo or DHL.
Except in exceptional circumstances such as strikes, service interruptions, adverse weather conditions or force majeure, delivery time is estimated between 2 and 3 working days from the date of dispatch.
All shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
The deadlines mentioned are those of our carriers, and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Under no circumstances can our company be held liable in the event of a delay in delivery attributable to transport services or circumstances beyond our control.
