Shipping Policy

Orders are only shipped to the address you provide when ordering. If you choose to provide an address that is not your home address (e.g. campus, workplace, etc.), you assume full responsibility for it.

Except where we offer free shipping during certain periods (special promotions), the cost of shipping varies depending on several factors including distance.

All shipping costs are displayed in Euros (€). An automatic conversion based on the current exchange rate will be applied for countries using a different currency. The final shipping amount may therefore vary slightly depending on the current exchange rate.

Orders are generally shipped Monday through Friday within one (1) day of validation. The shipping deadline is 4:00 p.m. (Paris time).

We ship your orders only from our warehouse located in Marseille, France, via Colissimo or DHL.

Except in exceptional circumstances such as strikes, service interruptions, adverse weather conditions or force majeure, the delivery time is as indicated below.

All shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are those of our carriers and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Under no circumstances can our company be held liable for any delay in delivery attributable to transport services or circumstances beyond our control.
