Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped only to the address you provide when ordering. If you choose to provide an address other than your home address (e.g., campus, workplace, etc.), you assume full responsibility.

Except where we offer free delivery during certain periods (special promotions), the cost of delivery varies depending on several factors including distance.

All shipping costs are displayed in euros (€). An automatic conversion based on the current exchange rate will be applied for countries using a different currency. The final shipping cost may therefore vary slightly depending on the current exchange rate.

Orders are generally shipped Monday through Friday within one (1) day of validation. The shipping deadline is 4:00 p.m. (Paris time).

We ship your orders only from our warehouse located in Marseille, France, via Colissimo or DHL.

Except in exceptional circumstances such as strikes, service interruptions, adverse weather conditions or force majeure, the delivery time is as indicated below.

All shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are those of our carriers and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Under no circumstances shall our company be held liable for any delay in delivery attributable to transport services or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery tracking and accountability

We are committed to tracking the delivery of your order until it is collected by the carrier. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery disruptions or failures resulting from incomplete or incorrect information in your postal address (missing building number, floor number, etc.) or the inability to reach you via the telephone number provided.

If it's still possible to change your address through us, we'll make the correction where possible. Otherwise, you should contact the carrier directly for any updates or complaints.
