Return and Refund Policy
At SYL-X, we are committed to providing you with an unforgettable customer experience. We understand that, despite our best intentions, a product may sometimes not fully meet your expectations. That is why we have implemented a clear and free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Return of products
We accept the return of products only under the following conditions:
1.1 Exchange
- No exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on products. If you want another product, we invite you to place a new order.
1.2 Right of withdrawal
- Deadline: You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition, complete (including packaging, accessories and instructions), and must not have been unsealed .
- Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods listed in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (e.g.: personalized, perishable items, unsealed audio/video recordings, and digital content not provided on a tangible medium).
1.3 Defective or damaged product
We accept the return of defective or damaged products only under the following conditions:
- Notification period: The buyer must report any defective or damaged product on the day of delivery or the next business day .
- Conditions: The claim must be accompanied by photos or videos as the case may be, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Note: If the packaging is damaged during transport but the product remains intact, no returns will be accepted .

2. Fees
2.1 Return and restocking costs
- No Fees: No return or restocking fees will be applied.
2.2 Return label
- No Fee: A return label is provided free of charge. Simply download and print it to make the return process easier.
3. Reimbursement
- Deadline: Reimbursement will be made within seven ( 7) days of receipt of the returned product.
- Refund Method: Refund will be made via the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Delivery conditions
- Reporting of anomalies: The buyer must check and refuse any item damaged upon delivery by indicating the anomalies on the delivery note. Any delivery problem must be reported within two (2) business days .
- Incorrect or incomplete address: In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
